We continuously discuss – and implement – practices, processes and policies that further enhance inclusion and equality within our team, making sure each of us feels excited to bring our whole self to work, every day.

The EMPOWER team agreed unanimously to sign the Market Research Society’s Inclusion Pledge, meaning we are accountable to a governing body for meeting criteria around enhancing diversity, inclusion and equality.

We recognise diversity as a cornerstone of professional success and enjoyment. That’s why we have recruitment processes, paid internships, team events/celebrations and industry connections that are aimed at increasing representation of different national and international communities at all levels within our team.

Feeling like a valued member of a team is a human right at EMPOWER. We adopt anti-exclusion working processes to intentionally plan for each team member’s success, including flexible working options, structured training programmes, analysis of our company communications, TimeTo training and wellbeing programmes.

We take a humanity-first stance against discrimination to overcome hidden obstacles and make sure everyone has equal access to opportunity. From flexible working and analysing salary differentials to subconscious bias testing and impartial recruitment processes, our priority has always been to treat each other based on merit.
