Previously, Dan facilitated insight software company FocusVision’s transition from family-owned business to a PE portfolio company, while Managing Director for EMEA and APAC.

In 2013, he made insight industry history as the first President of ESOMAR to be under 40, and under 50.

Dan has received the American Marketing Association ‘4 under 40’ Award, the 2017 Ginny Valentine Badge of Courage, and the Insights Association Disruptive innovator MR Change Agent of the Year.

Paula has 30 years of Sales and Investment success in localisation. While Chief Sales Officer and Senior Vice President at Lionbridge Technologies, Inc., Paula oversaw a sales increase from US$38m to US$600m.

Paula was named to the “Diversity 50” of the Canadian Board Diversity Council (CBDC) in 2015, and has been awarded an International Stevie Award for “Best Sales Executive”, “Women in the Lead – Femmes de Tête”, and the “Women in Business” Award for “Best Canadian Executive”.
