Jonny Bates

Jonny Bates (he/him) is Empower’s Chief Revenue Officer, based in Yorkshire, UK.

In 2009, Jonny joined the global language industry and has since moved around the world, including to Singapore and Chicago (US), to develop relationships with global brands. Jonny recently returned from Chicago to the UK, returning to his roots with his young family.

Early in his localization career, Jonny aligned with insight as a specialism and has been trusted advisor to some of the world’s biggest insight agencies.

Now bringing his expertise to Empower, you’ll be sure to see him on the events circuit. Keep an eye out for Jonny in London, Chicago, New York… and make sure to ask about Scooby!
